With a background and education in Workforce Studies, Leslee Burch has been training and coaching employees for over two decades. She has worked with governmental agencies, non-profits, small businesses, and faith based organizations. Leslee is sincerely interested in the success of her customers and she focuses on results through a balance of creativity and expertise.
Bob Abbott has nearly 40 years of training and teaching experience and has worked as a trainer, counselor, adjunct instructor, and human resource manager. Bob has an undergraduate degree in education and a graduate degree in organizational behavior. His goal is to use his experience and passion to help organizations (and people) succeed.
